One of the most stressful and inconvenient situations is when something stops working with your plumbing or heating.
Whether you have an overflowing toilet, no central heating or hot water, burst pipes in the winter or something else, we aim to visit you and get your emergency resolved in a hurry.
We don’t charge extra for emergency callouts
Emergency situations are never planned, and no-one likes to be told they have to pay a massive callout fee in an already stressful situation – that’s why Bromley Boilers don’t charge extra for an emergency call-out – only our standard hourly rate.
Even when attending an emergency, we take great pride in the work we do. We will resolve the issue quickly and explain anything in jargon-free terminology, in a way that will give you complete peace of mind that the job is being done correctly and being charged only a fair and reasonable price.
